Bachelorette's Luke Parker Sounds Off on Controversial Hannah Brown Sex Argument

Luke Parker is speaking out about his now-infamous argument with Hannah Brown on The Bachelorette.

Three months ago, Bachelor Nation watched as Hannah and Luke got into a heated debate about sex during their fantasy suite date. The couple had just sat down for dinner when Luke brought up the topic of sex, telling Hannah, "Sex is an incredible thing, and it's a beautiful thing...only when it's within the guidelines of marriage."

"And thinking about fantasy suites, like I've heard people proclaim their faith, but yet they've said things like, 'I'm excited for fantasy suites, I want to explore this relationship on a sexually intimate level, and that's what I'm looking forward to,' and to me that's like, uh, what, excuse me? There's something I'm missing here," he later added. "Like I don't believe that's something that you should be doing and I just want to make sure you're not going to be sexually intimate with the other relationships here."Luke then went on to tell Hannah, "I totally have all the trust in the world for you, but at the same time I just want to make sure we're on the same page. Like if you told me you were having sex, or you had sex with one or multiple of these guys, I'd be wanting to go home, 100 percent. But if that's something you're not going through then I'm just going to continue to grow the relationship and move on."

A visibly upset Hannah told Luke, "Umm...sex is a very big deal to me, and I've said like, I've had sex with two people in my life, and it was long relationships I thought were going to be my husband. But like, some of the things that you said, I don't agree with at all. And honestly, I'm like kinda mad, because like, the way that you just said that is like, why do you have the right to do that? Because you're not my husband."The conversation, and the seemingly sex-shaming comments, led Hannah to send Luke home after a controversial journey on the show. But now, Luke is opening up about that very conversation on Reality Steve's podcast, published Thursday.

"She told me she shared the same heart and convictions as me and she wanted to abstain from sex before marriage," Luke says on the podcast. "That's why I'm so confused and that's why you see the look on my face when she tells me about the windmill."

Amid the duo's argument, a frustrated Hannah told Luke that she did have sex during one of the fantasy suite dates and that Jesus still loves her.

"From obviously how you feel...me f--king in a windmill, you probably wanna leave," Hannah told Luke.

On the podcast episode, Luke says that even after Hannah told him about the windmill he was still trying to "make things right with her" and trying to "fight for her."

"Which, if I was judging or slut-shaming, I would not be trying to do that at all," Luke says.Luke also denies that he had an "issue" with Hannah having sex during the fantasy suite dates.

"I didn't have an issue with it towards her," Luke shares. "It was the fact that she told me that was what she didn't want to do."

"On the fantasy suite date dinner night in Greece, she's telling me that she doesn't want to have sex before marriage," Luke claims. "And then she drops all of this on me. And I'm sitting there and I'm like, well alright, if that's something you don't want to do and now you're telling me you've done it...this is the path that now you're on when you told me you wanna be on this path, let's go on this path together, let's make it work, let's figure this thing out. And she's looking at me like, uh-uh, go home."

Luke adds, "So I was just caught off guard."

It was only a few years ago that Zendaya found herself unsure of what would be next for her.

It was only a few years ago that Zendaya found herself unsure of what would be next for her.

Upon completing filming on the back-to-back productions that would serve as her feature film debuts—Spider-Man: Homecoming and The Greatest Showman—the actress had no choice but to return to the place that made her a household name—The Disney Channel—and contemplate her next move. There was still work to be done on K.C. Undercover, her second show on the network that would eventually run for three seasons from 2015-18, but something had changed inside her.

"After shooting The Greatest Showman and Spider-Man, I went back to my Disney show, which is kind of like going to college and then having to go back and do the same grade over and over again," the actress, who earned her first producer credit on K.C. Undercover, told The New York Times in June. "Not that I didn't appreciate having a job. But it's like you turn a switch on and do it, and then you get turned off and go home. I wanted more."

As we saw this summer, she certainly got what she wished for.

From a fairy-tale appearance on the red carpet at the 2019 Met Gala to the lead role in HBO's buzzy new teen drama Euphoria, the record-breaking box office of Spider-Man: Far From Home (which saw her role in the franchise beefed up considerably) to nominations for The Female Movie Star of 2019 and The Drama TV Star of 2019 for both at this year's People's Choice Awards (held on Sunday, Nov. 10 only on E!), this year has given Z a lot to celebrate.

When K.C. Undercover wrapped production on its third and final season, Zendaya, who'd already made parlays into the world of fashion and music, as well as written a memoir, all before she'd turned 20, found herself in the same tough spot stars like Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez had once been in, navigating a career post-Disney. "Having a Disney past sometimes makes it difficult for people to take you seriously," she explained to friend and Grown-ish star Yara Shahidi in a 2017 interview for Glamour, "so I have to pick the right projects, make sure I do the right things, take my time."

And then, along came the script for Euphoria.

Created by Assassination Nation auteur Sam Levinson (and executive produced by Drake), the series, based on an Israeli miniseries of the same name, is an edgy slice of modern-day high school life, complete with sex, drugs, and plenty of trauma. The script immediately grabbed Zendaya's attention.

Actress Ruby Rose makes history as the titular heroine of Batwoman, television's first superhero series led by an openly gay character. "Everyone wants to play a superhero," Rose told Emmy magazine in an interview.

"Batwoman, in particular, means so much to me because she's so comfortable within her sexuality. It's a character that I wish I could have seen on television growing up. It's time. It's time to have a gay superhero."

In the interview, the actress of Australian origin also recalls how she started her career at seven, with modelling assignment. After a stint as a veejay on MTV Australia, she shifted base to the US to chase Hollywood dreams, reports "eonline.com".

"I packed up everything and came to the States with, like, two suitcases," she recalled. "And I didn't get anything for two years. Couldn't get a manager, couldn't get an agent, could not get a audition," Rose said.
To Indian movie buffs, Rose is best known as Deepika Padukone and Vin Diesel's co-star in xXx: Return Of Xander Cage.

Rose McGowan Files Racketeering Lawsuit Against Disgraced Hollywood Producer Harvey Weinstein

Rose McGowan Files Racketeering Lawsuit Against Disgraced Hollywood Producer Harvey Weinstein

The lawsuit alleges that Weinstein conspired with his attorneys to suppress and discredit Rose McGowan's allegation that the producer raped her at the Sundance Film Festival in 1997

Actress Rose McGowan has filed a racketeering lawsuit against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, as well as against his former-attorneys Lisa Bloom and David Boies and the spy firm Black Cube.

The lawsuit filed on Wednesday alleges that Weinstein conspired with his attorneys to suppress and discredit her allegation that the producer raped her at the Sundance Film Festival in 1997, reports.
The suit states: "This case is about a diabolical and illegal effort by one of America's most powerful men and his representatives to silence sexual-assault victims.
And it is about the courageous women and journalists who persisted to reveal the truth."
Weinstein's civil attorney, Phyllis Kupferstein, said that the lawsuit was proof that McGowan has been seeking a payout all along.
"Once and for all, Rose McGowan will be shown to be what she is; a publicity seeker looking for money.

From the moment she sought a multi-million dollar payout in return for not making these baseless allegations, which we rejected, we knew that she was waiting for an opportune time to begin this. We will demonstrate that this case has no legal merit," Kupferstein said.

The lawsuit lays out the story of McGowan's efforts to come forward in 2016 and 2017, and of Weinstein's efforts to contain the potential damage. The suit alleges that the "Weinstein Protection Enterprise" included a web of attorneys, book agents, spies, and others who worked together to thwart McGowan.

McGowan was working on her memoir, "Brave", in which she planned to publish her allegations against Weinstein for the first time. The suit alleges that Weinstein and his attorneys were able to obtain much of the book in advance, using a Black Cube spy who gained her confidence by pretending to be an advocate for women.
The suit alleges that the spy, whom McGowan knew as Diana Filip, illegally recorded their conversations, and accessed a draft of the book on McGowan's laptop.

The suit also makes reference to Bloom's work on Weinstein's behalf, which was spelled out in a letter published in "She Said," by New York Times reporters. In the letter, Bloom laid out a plan to discredit McGowan as unhinged.

Among other things, the suit accuses Bloom of invading McGowan's privacy.

Eric George, an attorney who represents Bloom, said it was "inexcusable that Ms. McGowan chose to include my client in her lawsuit".

McGowan was paid $100,000 to settle her allegation that Weinstein raped her in 1997.

The suit also lays out accusations against Roy Price, the former head of Amazon Studios, and Jose Baez, a celebrity attorney who formerly represented both McGowan and Weinstein. Though they are not named as defendants, the suit alleges that Price and Baez were part of the broader RICO conspiracy.

McGowan accuses Price of a "catch and kill", alleging that he acquired a screenplay based on her life and then killed the project. McGowan alleges that she later learned that Weinstein and Price were close.

The suit also tells the story of McGowan's arrest on drug possession charges, which she has claimed could be attributed to Weinstein. McGowan hired Baez to defend her, and he persuaded her to accept a plea deal.

Thereafter, Baez began working for Weinstein in his rape case. Baez has said that the representation was vetted and approved by his ethics counsel.
